Eleftherios Antoniades possesses more than 25 years’ experience in the cybersecurity space. He is a visionary, progressive thought leader and avid strategist, with a deep knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity aspects such as evolving cyber-threats, vulnerability research and cybercrime trends.
Currently, he is keenly interested in and working on initiatives which generally involve Security Analytics for the prediction of suspicious and/or the detection of targeted attacks and data breaches. More specifically, he is engaged in the development of effective in-depth User & Entity Behavioral, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive and Machine Learning analytic models for the prediction and early detection of cyber-threats from the rapidly changing security threat landscape, as these emanate from the exponentially expanding attack surface.
In 2002, Eleftherios founded Odyssey™, where he now holds the position of Chief Technology Officer. From this position, he drives the company’s cutting-edge solutions and services mix, which brought and keep Odyssey™ at the forefront of the cybersecurity market in the South Mediterranean / Middle Eastern region.
Being the dynamic leader that he is, he was the architect and he has been the driving force behind the development of Odyssey’s ClearSkies™ Big Data Security Analytics Platform. This next generation SIEM platform possesses unique capabilities in storing, processing, aggregating and intelligently analyzing vast volumes of heterogeneous data sets, which can be collected in real time from security and IoT devices, network, systems and applications from hundreds of different vendors, in a manner and speed that traditional SIEM systems are simply incapable of delivering.
His insight and advice is very often sought by public authorities and prominent organizations in the private sector. He is also considered by these entities a last resort during crises. His experience in the field is extensive, however, he additionally has acquired expertise in the financial, energy, insurance, healthcare and retail sectors.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering from New York Institute of Technology, and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from George Mason University, USA.
