We are currently looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our Research & Development, ClearSkies™ team.

Business Analyst position will help to redefine or improve efficiency by identifying areas that can be improved within the product, strengthening processes where necessary, and communicating findings with those they work closely with throughout different levels in an organization’s hierarchy. Conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to businesses.

To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and rich technical skill set.



  • Defines Technical and Business Analysis documentation of technical specifications to outline the proposed changes, business requirements and the steps involved
  • Oversees the implementation of new technology, systems or a new approach
  • Provides orientation and training sessions to end-users
  • Accepts challenges and develops innovative approaches
  • Performs quality assurance and testing.
  • Uses data modelling techniques to identify ways in which an organization can operate more effectively.
  • Communicate with stakeholders for information gathering
  • Formulates ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
  • Runs workshops and training sessions
  • Explores how the product is currently operating via research, which could include interviewing employees and collecting quantitative data
  • Explores different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts
  • Proposes solutions to an organization’s leaders, and keeping them updated with progress
  • Defines reporting and alerting requirements
  • Owns and develops relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
  • Reports on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to Software Development team
  • Communicates key insights and findings to Software Development team
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer



  • Experience with web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, IIS
  • Solid experience in writing SQL queries
  • Networking knowledge
  • Cybersecurity knowledge
  • Experience with JIRA and working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Experience in Automation testing tools

  • BSc degree in an Information Technology related field
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be consider an advantage
