Appointed as the Director of Solutions, Mr. Constantinos Constanti is in charge of overseeing and directing the frontline of our team, namely Odyssey’s technical departments. He leads the organization’s highly skilled, certified technology experts, who apply new technologies and architectural foundations in building innovative cybersecurity solutions for clients across several industries and different countries. Constantinos ensures that our Technology Risk Solutions and Network Infrastructure Solutions divisions are in position to design and implement an effective solution suited to your needs, no matter how complex or dispersed your environment is.
During his long career path, Constantinos Constanti has also assumed various roles at Logosnet Services, including that of the Head of Technical Services. His main responsibilities included the smooth operation of the internal network infrastructure as well as the provision of network and security solutions to clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the Phillips College.
Eleftherios Antoniades possesses more than 25 years’ experience in the cybersecurity space. He is a visionary, progressive thought leader and avid strategist, with a deep knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity aspects such as evolving cyber-threats, vulnerability research and cybercrime trends.
Currently, he is keenly interested in and working on initiatives which generally involve Security Analytics for the prediction of suspicious and/or the detection of targeted attacks and data breaches. More specifically, he is engaged in the development of effective in-depth User & Entity Behavioral, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive and Machine Learning analytic models for the prediction and early detection of cyber-threats from the rapidly changing security threat landscape, as these emanate from the exponentially expanding attack surface.
In 2002, Eleftherios founded Odyssey™, where he now holds the position of Chief Technology Officer. From this position, he drives the company’s cutting-edge solutions and services mix, which brought and keep Odyssey™ at the forefront of the cybersecurity market in the South Mediterranean / Middle Eastern region.
Being the dynamic leader that he is, he was the architect and he has been the driving force behind the development of Odyssey’s ClearSkies™ Big Data Security Analytics Platform. This next generation SIEM platform possesses unique capabilities in storing, processing, aggregating and intelligently analyzing vast volumes of heterogeneous data sets, which can be collected in real time from security and IoT devices, network, systems and applications from hundreds of different vendors, in a manner and speed that traditional SIEM systems are simply incapable of delivering.
His insight and advice is very often sought by public authorities and prominent organizations in the private sector. He is also considered by these entities a last resort during crises. His experience in the field is extensive, however, he additionally has acquired expertise in the financial, energy, insurance, healthcare and retail sectors.
Eleftherios has presented at numerous conferences, published various articles and has been extensively interviewed by industry periodicals and newspapers on the above topics.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering from New York Institute of Technology, and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from George Mason University, USA.
Manos Vrontis possess more than 20 years of corporate experience with a deep understanding of strategy formulation and execution related to changing market dynamics. Having a hands-on management style and team player approach has enabled him to lead and drive change through multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.
Manos has worked in Greece and abroad, in companies such as Unilever, Sara Lee, BIC, OPAP and Boutari Wineries as General Manager, Commercial Director and Sales Director and was also appointed as an expatriate Sales Director Asia in charge of 12 countries and Managing Director for Singapore and Malaysia.
He holds an MBA from Monash University and is currently a PhD candidate under the University of Bolton in which he also teaches the courses of Strategic Management and Marketing. Manos’ consulting advice is often sought and he is also a master trainer in the areas of Business Strategy, Marketing, Sales Management, Negotiation and Change Management.
He believes greatly in the intelligence of the young business generation and holds the position of Partner in Massachusetts Institute of Technology Enterprise Forum (MITEF) which enables tech start-ups to transform their ideas into companies. Manos is also a Strategic Associate of iLeads, a Strategic Leadership and Digital Transformation Lab under the University of Piraeus in Greece.
Appointed as Odyssey’s Head of Global Development for ClearSkies™, Mrs. Irene Selia is in charge of developing new business opportunities in all stages of the sales cycle, including targeting, prospecting and presenting the ClearSkies™ line of services.
Furthermore, Mrs. Selia provides market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, trends and challenges, while generating product development ideas and communicating new product developments to prospective clients. Strategic planning on an international level is a key part of her job in developing a strong pipeline for the company.
With almost 10 years of hands-on experience in the information technology and cybersecurity industries, Mrs. Selia has served as Sales, Business Development and Product Manager at internationally recognized organizations in the European and Asia-Pacific regions.
Mrs. Selia joined Odyssey™ in 2008 and has since been a primary member in developing and implementing Odyssey’s vision and mission to be established as a recognized leading organization in the cybersecurity industry.
She holds a BSc. in Computer Science from the University of Piraeus, Greece.
Between 1993 and 2004, Loukas Tapakis worked in middle and top management positions in a number of organizations of various sectors, such as retail, wholesale, exports and services. With his accumulated experience and academic background, including an MBA, he decided to take the next step by forming his own consulting firm in 2004. Up to 2019, he worked as a consultant with more than a hundred different organisations in more than 15 industries. In that period, he has also served as a board member.
Loukas has lectured in a number of training sessions as well as forums on subjects related to strategic planning, branding, sales, motivation. He has published many articles on various business matters in the local and international press. In October 2015, he participated in Robin Sharma’s “Lead Without a Title” certification, and became a certified facilitator of the LWT system. In 2019 he joined Odyssey as Director of Operations.
Mr. Stylianides’s role entails the establishment of business relationships with local and international vendors, and enhancement of the firm’s reputation by exploring potential business opportunities while continuously developing, supervising and implementing strategic business plans in conjunction with the fast-changing and dynamic cybersecurity market trends.
In addition to planning and overseeing business development initiatives, Mr. Stylianides has the responsibility of ensuring the highest quality of solutions and services, facilitating clients’ needs and upholding client confidentiality and satisfaction. Through his experienced and highly skilled team of sales and business development professionals, his department develops quotes and proposals, contacts potential clients, and negotiates contracts while integrating contract requirements with business operations.
With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the cybersecurity industry, Mr. Stylianides has served as Sales and Business Development Manager in internationally recognised organisations such as Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) and Hewlett Packard.
Mr. Stylianides joined Odyssey™ in 2010 and has since been a leading member in developing and implementing Odyssey’s vision and mission to become a recognized leading organization in the cybersecurity industry.
He holds a degree in Electronics and Computers from the University of Westminster, UK.
